First note the rebound and compression position

Unscrew the screw-cap, then clamp the forkleg in the vice and let outer-tuube down, pull the spring downwards and place a spanner (size 22) on the hydraulic stop.Un screw the cap

Remove the screw-cap, the preload spacer, pull the spring downwards and remove the spanner, remove the spring and the adjustmen tube with the o-ring.

Drain out the oil

Disassemble the dust-wiper, the circlip and pull with both hand the outer-tube from the inner-tube.

Remove the inner-tube bush, the outer-tube bush, the support ring and oilseal (pay attentions to the assembling direction), remind the order of the bush.

Remove the circleclip and dust wiper, clean it and the stem. Place a plastic’s sheet on the inner tube as the picture and assemble the dust wiper, circlip and oilseal (put some “fat” on the internal diameter, pay attention to the assemblig direction)

Replace the support-ring, outer-tube bush and inner-tube bush, slide carefully the outer-tube over the inner-tube, push the bush into the outer tube

put also the oilseal into the outer-tube

Assemble the circlip into the groove of outer-tube (check this very carefully!)Assemble the dust wiper. Keep tho outer-tube down and the piston-rod a little bit extended, then pour the oil on the outer-tube, wait a few moments than move up-down the piston-rod until you feel that the cartridge is full with oil. Push the piston-rod and outer-tube fully down, than adjust the oil.
